Bottlenose dolphins bowriding our Zodiacs and common dolphins bowriding the ship punctuated a day of watching gray whales in Magdalena Bay. In between cetaceans we soaked up the sun, scanned the shores for wading birds and coyotes and even caught a fine green flash at sunset.
